Tarifa's busiest wind spot, right by the N-340 north-west of town. A wide sandy bay at the foot of the big dune with plenty of room to rig and launch. With Levante the wind blows side-offshore and gusty; with Poniente it comes side-onshore and steadier. In summer the beach gets busy and launch areas are marked — follow the signs.

A long, wilder beach next to the Roman ruins of Baelo Claudia and the Bolonia dune, reached from the N-340 via the CA-8202. With Poniente it gets cleaner waves and fewer people than Valdevaqueros. Check the local rules before rigging in summer.
