2. What data we process and why
- Website forms (contact, test request and assistant support ticket): name, email, phone if you provide it, your message and, where applicable, the product and date you are interested in. We use them only to reply to you, arrange equipment tests and inform you about availability and prices.
- “Notify me when available”: your email, the product (and size) and your language. We use it only to email you once when it is back in stock.
- Website assistant: frequent questions are answered in your own browser. If you type a free question and the AI assistant is active, the text of your question is sent to Anthropic to generate the answer. Please do not type personal data in the chat.
- WhatsApp, email and social media: if you contact us through these channels, we process the data you send us in order to help you. Those services also apply their own privacy policies.
- Our own usage statistics: we count visits, pages and actions (such as adding to your selection or opening WhatsApp) to improve the shop. We do not use cookies or store your IP: each visitor is counted with a code that changes every day and does not reveal who you are. We keep the approximate country, device type and referring website. They are deleted after 13 months.
- “Your selection”: the list of products you save stays in your browser. When you press “Send via WhatsApp” we store the products in the list (without any personal data) to prepare your order.
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not make automated decisions with it.
3. Legal basis
Your consent when you send us a form or message (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and pre-contractual steps taken at your request, such as informing you about a product or booking a test (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
4. How long we keep it
As long as needed to handle your request and no longer than 12 months from our last contact. If you make a purchase, the necessary data are kept for the periods required by tax and commercial law.
5. Who processes data on our behalf
To run the website we use providers that process data only on our instructions:
- Cloudflare (website hosting and the database where requests are stored).
- Resend (sending the shop an email notice when a request arrives).
- Google (the shop's email account, where we receive and answer messages).
- Anthropic (only if you use the AI assistant with a free question).
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
6. Third-party services while browsing
- Open-Meteo: to show the weather at the spots, your browser queries their service directly, which receives your IP address.
- Google Maps: the map in the footer only loads if you click “Show map”; from then on Google's policy applies.
- Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps and brand websites: when you open them you leave this website and their policies apply.
7. Your rights
You can request access to your data, rectification or erasure, object to or restrict processing, request portability and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to hstarifae3@gmail.com. If you feel your request has not been properly handled, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or the authority of your country.
8. Minors
The forms are not intended for children under 14. If you are a minor, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us.
9. Security and changes
We apply technical measures to protect your data (encrypted connection, restricted access to the management panel). We may update this policy; the date of the last review is shown above. More about cookies in the cookie policy.
