TÉRMINOS DEL SERVICIO
RESUMEN
Bienvenido/a a HSTarifa. Los términos "nosotros", "nos" y "nuestro" hacen referencia a HSTarifa. HSTarifa opera esta tienda y sitio web, incluyendo toda la información, contenido, funcionalidades, herramientas, productos y servicios relacionados (los "Servicios"). HSTarifa utiliza la plataforma Shopify para ofrecerte estos Servicios.
Los siguientes términos y condiciones ("Términos de Servicio" o "Términos") describen tus derechos y responsabilidades al usar los Servicios. Por favor, léelos detenidamente. SECCIÓN 1 - ACCESO Y CUENTA
Al aceptar estos Términos, declaras ser mayor de edad en tu país de residencia. Para usar los Servicios podrás ser requerido a proporcionar información como email, datos de facturación, pago y envío. Eres responsable de la seguridad de tu cuenta y de toda la actividad realizada en ella. No puedes transferir ni ceder tu cuenta a terceros.
SECCIÓN 2 - NUESTROS PRODUCTOS
Hemos hecho todo lo posible para representar con precisión nuestros productos, incluyendo artículos nuevos y de segunda mano. Los colores o el aspecto pueden variar según el dispositivo utilizado. Los artículos de segunda mano se venden en el estado descrito — te recomendamos revisar detenidamente las fotos y descripciones antes de comprar. Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar descripciones o discontinuar productos en cualquier momento.
SECCIÓN 3 - PEDIDOS
Al realizar un pedido, estás haciendo una oferta de compra. HSTarifa se reserva el derecho de aceptar o rechazar cualquier pedido. Tu pedido no se considera aceptado hasta que HSTarifa lo confirme y reciba el pago. Las devoluciones e intercambios se rigen por nuestra Política de Devoluciones.
SECCIÓN 4 - PRECIOS Y FACTURACIÓN
Los precios, descuentos y promociones pueden cambiar sin previo aviso. El precio aplicable será el vigente en el momento del pedido. Los precios publicados no incluyen impuestos, gastos de envío ni cargos de aduana salvo que se indique expresamente. Aceptas proporcionar información de pago veraz, completa y actualizada.
SECCIÓN 5 - ENVÍO Y ENTREGA
No somos responsables de retrasos en el envío. Los plazos de entrega son estimaciones y no están garantizados. No nos hacemos responsables de retrasos causados por transportistas, aduanas o causas ajenas a nuestro control. Una vez entregado el producto al transportista, el riesgo pasa al comprador.
SECCIÓN 6 - PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL
Todos los contenidos de los Servicios (marcas, textos, imágenes, vídeos, etc.) son propiedad de HSTarifa o sus licenciantes y están protegidos por la legislación aplicable. Solo puedes usar los Servicios para uso personal y no comercial. Queda prohibida la reproducción, distribución o modificación de cualquier contenido sin autorización previa por escrito.
SECCIÓN 7 - HERRAMIENTAS OPCIONALES
Podemos ofrecerte acceso a herramientas de terceros "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad", sin garantías de ningún tipo. El uso de dichas herramientas es bajo tu propio riesgo.
SECCIÓN 8 - ENLACES DE TERCEROS
Los Servicios pueden contener enlaces a sitios web de terceros. No somos responsables del contenido ni de las prácticas de dichos sitios. El acceso a ellos es bajo tu propio riesgo.
SECCIÓN 9 - RELACIÓN CON SHOPIFY
HSTarifa utiliza la plataforma Shopify para operar sus Servicios. Sin embargo, todas las ventas se realizan directamente con HSTarifa. Shopify no es responsable de ningún aspecto de las transacciones entre tú y HSTarifa.
SECCIÓN 10 - POLÍTICA DE PRIVACIDAD
Toda la información personal recopilada a través de los Servicios está sujeta a nuestra Política de Privacidad. Al usar los Servicios, confirmas haber leído y aceptado dicha política.
SECCIÓN 11 - COMENTARIOS Y OPINIONES
Al enviarnos ideas, sugerencias o reseñas, nos otorgas una licencia perpetua, mundial y libre de regalías para usar dicho contenido con cualquier fin. Eres responsable de que tus comentarios sean veraces y no vulneren derechos de terceros.
SECCIÓN 12 - ERRORES, INEXACTITUDES Y OMISIONES
Nos reservamos el derecho de corregir errores, inexactitudes u omisiones en cualquier momento, incluyendo después de que hayas realizado un pedido, sin previo aviso.

Ningún agente automatizado (software que actúa de forma autónoma) puede acceder a los Servicios sin identificarse correctamente y cumplir los requisitos técnicos establecidos. Nos reservamos el derecho de limitar o bloquear el acceso de agentes automatizados.
SECCIÓN 15 - TERMINACIÓN
Podemos terminar este acuerdo o tu acceso a los Servicios en cualquier momento y sin previo aviso. Seguirás siendo responsable de los importes pendientes hasta la fecha de terminación.
SECCIÓN 16 - EXCLUSIÓN DE GARANTÍAS

En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, HSTarifa no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales o consecuentes derivados del uso de los Servicios.
SECCIÓN 18 - INDEMNIZACIÓN
Aceptas indemnizar y eximir de responsabilidad a HSTarifa, Shopify y sus afiliados frente a cualquier reclamación derivada de tu incumplimiento de estos Términos o de la violación de derechos de terceros.
SECCIÓN 19 - DIVISIBILIDAD
Si alguna disposición de estos Términos fuera declarada inválida, el resto seguirá siendo plenamente aplicable.
SECCIÓN 20 - RENUNCIA Y ACUERDO COMPLETO
El hecho de que no ejerzamos algún derecho no implica renuncia al mismo. Estos Términos constituyen el acuerdo completo entre tú y HSTarifa respecto al uso de los Servicios.
SECCIÓN 21 - CESIÓN
No puedes ceder este acuerdo sin nuestro consentimiento previo por escrito. HSTarifa puede cederlo sin necesidad de notificación.
SECCIÓN 22 - LEY APLICABLE
Estos Términos se rigen por la legislación española y de la Unión Europea. Cualquier disputa se someterá a los tribunales competentes de España.
SECCIÓN 23 - ENCABEZADOS
Los títulos de las secciones son meramente orientativos y no afectan a la interpretación de estos Términos.
SECCIÓN 24 - CAMBIOS EN LOS TÉRMINOS
Nos reservamos el derecho de actualizar estos Términos en cualquier momento. Te notificaremos los cambios relevantes. El uso continuado de los Servicios tras la publicación de cambios implica su aceptación.
